ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Legal Technology Automation Specialist will be the driving force behind optimizing our firm's operations through technology. You'll be working with a diverse toolkit including Microsoft products, Filevine, Zapier, and AI to create a seamlessly integrated, highly efficient work environment for our 100+ team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and other relevant tools
- Optimize our use of Filevine, Immigration AI, and Lead Docket, ensuring these platforms integrate smoothly with other systems and automations
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance our document processing, client communication, and internal operations
- Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making
- Continuously analyze our processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Train and support team members in the use of new automated systems and tools
- Ensure data security and compliance with legal industry standards in all automation efforts
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in legal automation and AI

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in process automation, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred
- Expertise in Zapier and ability to create complex, multi-step zaps
- Understanding of data security and privacy considerations in the legal industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends
