To position RD as a Thought Leader in the Marketing and Sales fields in Mexico and Colombia, developing market education strategies, analysis and experiments to increase Lead Generation, user acquisition, CRO, marketing campaigns management and execution, building a localized Lead Journey to be a growth pillar. Working hand in hand with the Growth Lead and Squad, there will be a strong focus on launching and managing campaigns and paid media across various channels, identifying new marketing channel opportunities, and providing localization to creatives and ad copy. This role will partner closely with cross-functional HQ teams such as product marketing, growth, creative, and operations, and there will be great autonomy to identify experimentation opportunities on SEM/Ads campaigns that drive our business performance. **How will be your daily job?** Working with the International Growth Lead, the Growth Marketer will have as first challenge an assessment of the ongoing Marketing plan, to understand the required experimentation framework and testing environment to identify quick wins in the existing and potential growth leverages in Mexico and Colombia. Help the team define the "must-haves" to build local authority when it comes to Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Inside Sales, to set the operation up for success, increasing demand for customer acquisition. From that starting point, routines include: - Ownership of RD's international marketing channels: Paid media campaigns and conversion rate experiments on our website to bring qualified leads and signups to our product; - Conducting business and technical analyses to achieve the above-mentioned deliverables; Identify and experiment on growth hacking framework finding the main drivers for the business growth; Iterate on market and revenue teams' feedback to optimize our paid media budget; - Manage cross-functional work streams necessary to localize and launch the Marketing and Sales strategies for the target markets; - Communication: Explain and justify workstream prioritization across teams. Communicate status risks, and changes of program milestones; - Strategic Problem Solving: You'll be the first to tackle many of our toughest problems. You'll need to break down complex problems into their component parts and have a robust analytical toolkit to understand the best path forward. As you design solutions, you'll need to see the bigger picture and ensure they can scale as we expand to every corner of the target markets; - Execution and Critical Thinking: You'll need to get your hands dirty to find what works before we scale the solution. You'll need to know how to balance speed with attention to detail and be able to deliver results. **Who are we looking for?** - **Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory**: - Startup/Hustler mindset - Digital marketing knowledge (Copywriting, paid media, HTML/CSS, content production/management, analytics) - 2+ years of demonstrated success with digital marketing for a B2B or B2C company, LTV-oriented business - Proven success in managing online marketing and CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google and social; - Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC, and basic SEO knowledge; - Experience managing large-scale budgets; - Curious about staying on top of industry trends and best practices to develop winning strategies; - Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Oath Ads, and bid management platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, etc. - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making with experience in distilling volumes of data into simple KPIs and tracking, storytelling thru data - Ability to translate technical readings into business/executive understanding - Passion for data-driven decision making - Strong writing and communication skills - Advanced Excel **Benefits**: - Meal ticket - Health insurance - Work in a Great Place to Work © - one of the best companies to work in Latin America; - Work side by side and learn daily with professional references in the market; - Culture of feedback and development; - We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion - we work in an environment that allows all RDoers to feel 100% comfortable being exactly themselves and at their best; - Courses and certifications from RD University (our corporate university) for you to explore; - No dress code - the important thing is to dress as you feel better;
