**Responsibilities**:

- Follows user-centred design principles and industry standards to create meaningful experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
- Responsible for the visual design (“look and feel”) of a user experience including the brand expression - translating brand typography, color, images, icons, layout, animations and interactions into design systems and digital experiences.
- Works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Formulates designs experiences that achieve the goals of both clients and end-users.
- Collaborates with UX and Development partners to ensure the overall vision is achieved. May assist junior team members and lead the visual design phase of small to medium sized projects.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Fluent in graphic design, brand expression and storytelling.
- B2 English skills
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative research including current state audits, competitive analysis, market research and usability testing.
