BioXcellerator is the world leader in stem cell therapy and research, with a team of medical professionals that have successfully treated patients for sports & orthopedic injuries to life-threatening diseases. Their treatments range from anti-aging rejuvenation remedies to spinal cord injury reliefs. Regenerative medicine is a branch of medical science that seeks to replace, repair or regenerate cells and tissues in the human body. This field has taken off recently with exciting discoveries like stem cell therapy, opening new avenues for treatment options worldwide.
**Job Duties**:
- Take all new assigned patient for scheduling (if another team member schedules a new patient, Patient Concierge will make follow up call to patient) and log all new patients in the Patient Journey tracking system
- Answer all questions new patient may have prior to initial visit
- Ensure all new patient paperwork is completed and received as well as any required medical records, prior to initial visit
- Build relationships with new patients; finding something out about them and making their initial visit unique via a small purchase of special item of interest or joy for the patient
- Educate all patients through their journey on supplements and services provided at all Complete Care locations
- Educate and promote our program with all new patients
- Backup front office when required including lunches and breaks
- Work with Sales Team, Clinic Director and Marketing on ensuring proper education materials are available and given/shown to all new patients
- Prepare and distribute a patient folder to every new patient to bring to their appointments; for tracking follow up items with their providers and/or health coach, place copies of education material in pockets in folders, etc.
- Provide weekly report tracking to Executive Team and Clinical Director on weekly activities, numbers of new patients, follow up reporting and addressing any concerns encountered during the week
- Perform Administrative and other duties as assigned
- Disposition to obtain new vendors and negotiate favorable rates for the clinic.

**This Position Requires**:
- Minimum 2-year experience working in a medical scheduling role
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and direction
- Professional ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Work successfully and expeditiously in an environment with constant change
- Ability to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid computer skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Experience with research methods
**_Preferred_** **Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Health Care Administration preferred
**Physical Demands**:Ability to continuously sit or stand for extended periods of time working on a computer and/or the telephone. Ability to read, write, listen and speak in English and Spanish.
**Working Environment**:
Working in a typical office environment. May encounter upset or verbally angry patients/clients and listen to and work with patient to explain or solve the issue or dispute if possible. Noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate with phones, other staff conversations occurring in close proximity. Work is usually performed indoors.
