We're hiring a YouTube Editor to join our specialized creative team serving 55+ real estate clients on a full-time, remote basis.

**Role**:
As a YouTube Editor focused on real estate content, you will play a critical role in transforming raw footage into high-impact content. These retention-driven videos generate millions in sales for our clients. You will work directly under our YouTube Manager and alongside a high-performing media team, shaping stories that drive growth and strengthen personal brands. This role combines creative ownership with collaborative problem-solving, turning real estate expertise into world-class content together.

**Responsibilities**:
As a YouTube Editor focused on real estate content, your role is to transform direct-to-camera, area-touring videos, and agent expertise into high-impact, retention-driven videos that generate leads and build authority. You'll solve the problem of turning valuable real estate insights into world-class content that holds attention and drives growth.
- Edit and deliver 3-4+ high-quality YouTube videos every week, maintaining consistent 72-hour turnaround times
- Communicate daily, promptly, and often
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging promotional content from long-form edits
- Report progress daily and align priorities to maintain seamless workflows
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to stay ahead of industry standards
- Keep project files and asset management well-organized and up-to-date
- Share editing resources (e.g., motion graphics templates, intros) with other team members
- Identify potential challenges early and communicate solutions effectively
- Provide feedback on raw footage to the production team for improved outcomes
- Contribute to data collection, video retention graphs, and conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement
- Offer constructive revision feedback to other team members on their edits
- Monitor client channels for performance metrics and optimization opportunities

**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone who combines technical mastery with a growth mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard team environment. You should love solving creative problems and care deeply about delivering content that truly impacts viewers.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with other tools (DaVinci Resolve) is a plus
- Solid foundation in motion graphics, or a willingness to quickly learn and integrate on-brand graphics
- A portfolio showcasing your best work (required)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to balance speed and quality and align with brand standards and overall creative direction
- Eagerness to experiment with new tools, workflows, and approaches to stay ahead
- Strong alignment with A Impact Media's core values and team culture

You'll be expected to contribute not just as an editor but also as a creative partner, helping to build a culture of excellence across the media team.

Your work will directly support our clients' channel growth and elevate content quality, ensuring they stay ahead of industry standards and audience expectations.
- Deliver 3-4 weekly high-quality edits on time, driving strong retention and watch time metrics
- Support a consistent publishing cadence by maintaining a healthy backlog of ready-to-go content
- Contribute to growing our clients' reach and impact, targeting strong view velocity and engagement metrics
- Maintain creative standards across the team by contributing to internal systems, workflows, and overall visual direction in alignment with client brands
- Enable real estate professionals to deliver consistent, high-value market insights to their audiences content that would not exist without your contribution

**Location**:
Fully remote position - work from anywhere with reliable WiFi

**Compensation**:
$24,000 to $36,000+ USD/year pay based on volume output, skill & experience. 30-60 day paid trial period to ensure mutual fit
