- **Patient Monitoring Care Specialist**, your role is absolutely essential in providing optimal patient care. - Monitor vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.
- Assess vitals and prioritize based on patient needs.
- Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
- Escalate patients to supervisor or emergency services when indicated.

**Requirements**:
**Do you meet these requirements?**
- English C1+
- NCLEX Test Approved
- Formal education as a Registered Nurse
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
- In depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring (hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD and obesity).
- In-depth understanding of various medications related to disease processes.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Preferred: Clinical experience in inpatient settings
