Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on labor relations. - **Legal Knowledge**:Solid knowledge of labor regulations and visa and migration laws. - **Languages**: English B2 or higher. - **Interpersonal Skills**: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to effectively resolve conflicts. - Proactive approach to work. **Preferred**: - International Labor Relations Expertise: Proficiency in labor relations across various countries, including Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Uruguay, and the USA. - **Migration Aspects**: Knowledge of the migration regulations and procedures in the mentioned countries. **Responsibilities Include**: - **Interpretation and Application of Labor Regulations**: Ensure compliance with all current labor laws and provide legal advice to the company. - **Resource Management**: Facilitate hiring processes, handle resignations, manage vacations, and disciplinary processes. - **Legal Compliance**: Ensure continuous compliance with visa and migration laws - **Promote a Fair Work Environment**: Ensure a fair and legally compliant work environment within the company. **Conditions**: - **Indefinite-term contract**, we love long-term relationships so we want you to be part of this family for a long time. - You can be located** in Medellín** We want you to work** two days **a week from the Sofka office, aiming to generate synergies and strengthen bonds with your team, plus share a nice lunch...
