**What You'll Do in This Job**:  The Project Coordinator works with account managers, sales managers, and technical resources to make sure the stuff we sell our clients gets done. You will be:

- Managing the workflow of sales requests, projects proposals, quote delivery and project delivery.
- Coordinating technical resources and client schedules to execute work on agreed upon timelines.
- Generating reports, schedules, and documents for the account management team.
- Attending sales meetings to take notes and prepare sales requests for the project process.
- Analyzing projects after completion for lessons learned and to see how we can improve

**Schedule**:

- 5 hours per day
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
Required
- At least two years of project management experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English

Preferred
- CAPM Certification or higher
- At least one year of IT project management

Work Location: Remote

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Pay: $9,370,683 per month
