We are seeking architects to prepare design drawings for construction projects. This is a highly technical role requiring extensive familiarity with design principles, computer-aided drafting programs, and staying up to date with building codes to ensure that drawings are accurate and to present necessary information for approval bodies.
- Responsibilities_
- Provide 2D CAD and 3D BIM services for interior design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Communicating with customers for requirements
- Make revisions to a model based on customer necessities
- Specify material used on exterior and interior details.
- Ensure information integrity and consistency during the conceptual design, preconstruction, and construction phases of each project.
- Create models out of rough sketches
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure the standards are correct
- Develop standardized designs
- Work under the company architect and collaborate with other drafters to perform drafting duties, as needed for multiple design and construction projects.
- Requirements_
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Architecture Student or Graduate with the ability to work full time.
- Great time management skills, able to work independently
- Must be detailed oriented, highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Creative, interior design experience and ability is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet scheduled completion dates and deadlines.
