Application and Database Administration Associate

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Application Architecture

Application Operations- Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Disaster Response testing documentation and backups within a limited scope

Application Incident Response
- Utilizes established procedures for remediation of incidents and escalates incidents as needed for additional guidance
- Observes the group ticket queue and ensures tickets are assigned to the team
- Observes operations alerts/dashboard and ensures it is allocated to the team

Application Security, Audit and Compliance
- Provides support with carrying out password policies for periodic password changes
- Maintains audit history for new user on-boarding and terminating user access

Application Capacity Review
- N/A

Application Performance Optimization
- Follows pre-defined processes to support identifying routine performance bottlenecks
- Provides support on resolving first level performance issues

**Qualifications**
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
