About the Job
The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. This position will directly influence strategic decisions, enhance operational efficiencies, and provide valuable reporting solutions to both internal teams and clients. As Senior Data Analyst, You Will
- Streamline and optimize data collection processes to enhance reporting quality and efficiency for the Business Insights team and IntouchCX clients.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, metrics, reports, and analyses that directly support decision-making across multiple programs.
- Provide actionable insights to Operations by analyzing trends, key metrics, and emerging data patterns.
- Lead research initiatives and respond to client-specific requests with detailed data and business analytics, offering recommendations based on findings.
- Leverage data from multiple sources to explore and identify business opportunities, trends, and potential risks, while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop advanced data models to break down and analyze complex data sets, providing clear explanations of findings, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ad-hoc analyses that address evolving business questions and client needs.

As Senior Data Analyst, You Have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in BigQuery highly preferred.
- Advanced Python skills, particularly in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Expertise with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
- Experience using data to diagnose business issues and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with statistical methods, predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced modeling is a plus.
- A proven ability to translate data into compelling business cases, visualizations, and reports.
- Strong storytelling skills with data - able to craft narratives that align data insights with strategic business goals.
- A balance of technical expertise and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in simple terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
