As a Payments Product Associate you will be responsible for the proper in place Treasury Services products monitoring and control, based on monitoring customer activity, service and products demands, channels and back office systems behavior. The person must also be able to create strong and fluent communication lines with support and control areas, as well as second line of defense, in order to strictly follow regulatory and internal policy guidance to design, improve and implement products and services. The Payments product associate must be able to track market and regulatory changes, as well as able to create product life cycle plans, partnering with technology and product regional and global units to create value by implementing solutions that can be positively impacting branch business strategies, financial and risk continuous assessment is a must and is required across the previous mentioned main tasks. The role is also responsible for supporting sales activity by participating in pitching and sales conversations with clients, providing product detailed information based on clients’ needs understanding and sales people relationship management strategy.

Objectives:
Increase business unit revenues in Colombia through implementing and maintaining healthy and competitive treasury service products and services.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Follow policies and local regulatory framework as a driver to any new initiative or product improvement
- Analyze and monitor the market
- Define product and project plans involving holistic impact assessment in terms of financials, risk control, operational capacity, client experience, etc.
- Propose continuous improvements in operational or control models of existing products and services for financial and risk efficiency.
- Anticipate direct impacts on customers by escalating detected issues.
- Create strong and highly synergistic relationships with support and control units to maintain efficient processes and contribute to their evolution according to product development.
- Create compelling commercial material and training plans to boost product revenue capturing
- Be responsible for BAU activities related to each product control, value capturing, risk controlling, or regulatory environment changes.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking, payments and digital solutions
- Commercial and relationship skills
- Problem analysis and escalation
- High discipline and organization in managing risk control, policies and regulation, operational capacity and any other associated to healthy and scalable products and initiatives
- Strong communication skills based on teamwork, client focus and project management and product development leading.
- Objectives oriented and excellent time management

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Project management and new technology information management tools knowledge is a plus
