**Role Objective**:

- Senior Product Designers at Rappi are key individual contributors within the Design organization and Tech overall, leading projects and teams across our product areas. They assume responsibility for the design quality of all of our products, and our processes, and actively inspire other Designers. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized to enhance the understanding, message, and solution you want to deliver in both the digital and physical world journey. We are looking for people who are passionate about providing creative and adaptable solutions to our user’s problems, keeping up with best practices and emerging trends in tech and delivery products.
- You’ll not only work within the Product Design Team but also with the Product team to define the direction, experience, and strategies for our products. With your fellow designers, you’ll develop and expand product design systems and design frameworks in a highly collaborative environment where everyone’s input is valued.

You’ll have the opportunity to research restaurants of all sizes, from small businesses to renowned brands, and for a variety of users like cashiers, supervisors, or business owners.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and users to design simple, elegant flows, and interfaces that help solve complex user problems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale.
- Take part in design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
- You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
- Evaluate the success of existing products and features, and develop designs to support business objectives.
- Work along with other designers and product managers to facilitate usability tests and other types of research.
- Anticipate our customers and business needs, advocate for our users, and ensure that the final design surprises and delights them.
- Help maintain our internal style guide, develop style guides for other products or sub-brands and continually raise our bar for quality.
- Craft product experiences that seamlessly bridge multiple touchpoints, from desktop to mobile interfaces.
- Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- We're looking for Designers with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the product design or UX design field.
- You’re able to rapidly ideate and iterate in a fluid startup environment.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have shown an ability to bring clarity and structure to a complex system or user experience challenge.
- Strong experience designing for Desktop first products;
- English Language Skills: Mid to High Level (Be able to keep a conversation with native speakers).
- High-level Spanish is a must. (Be able to keep up with native speakers).
- Portfolio demonstrating complete mastery in the development of web and responsive mobile interfaces.

**Skills**:

- You have experience designing customer and people-focused products, creating experiences, and working for different devices.
- You have experience with usability tests, UX research methods, and complex design systems.
- Design and coordinate business and user opportunities, and product and process improvements to optimize the experience towards the market.
- You love working with other designer
