**Purpose**

The Retail Risk Analytics Engineering (RRAE) team partners with Global Risk Management (GRM), Regulatory Capital, IFRS9 Provisioning, and Enterprise Stress Testing teams to deliver regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives.

We are seeking a Software Engineer Associate to contribute to development efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will implement solutions for multiple business lines, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code..

**Accountabilities**

- Contribute to several Cloud Migration Projects, leveraging Cloud Function, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
- Produce optimized, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Create documentation, flowcharts, and architectural diagrams.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting processes.

**Education / Experience / Other Information**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- 1+ years of Python experience; familiarity with software libraries and components.
- Commitment to thorough documentation and collaborative teamwork.
- English level B1+

**Preferred Skills**
- Pandas, NumPy, SQL proficiency.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Google Cloud Functions, BigQuery, DataFlow, DataProc, Pub/Sub).
