**Your Superpowers**
- Your experience has been shaped by:_
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager for a technology company.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
- You are data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Desire and ability to work on a technical developer product.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You can tailor your message based on the audience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and know how to get the best out of your team
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

**What would you do?**
- Understand business needs, and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Plan and manage delivery.
- Define new features and validate.
- Product definition.
- Influence and lead the team by providing good inputs to improve.
- Ability to think holistically and connect the dots between enterprise-level tools and end-user experiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects involving internal and external clients.
- Self-starter, comfortable leading change and getting things done with limited supervisory input.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication - ensure that complex ideas, thoughts, and vision can be communicated simply and effectively.
- Deliver product requirement documents, developer-facing documentation, and marketing materials.
