This role falls within our Human Resources team, which supports and guides our mission to advance learning. This team ensures that all employees are supported throughout the ongoing development of their careers both in the office by providing stable work environments and opportunities for growth, and out of the office by administering and managing benefits. They are committed to supporting our talent in every facet.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition to create compensation packages and closing offers. You will manage contingent and executive search firms, when necessary. You will act as a resource for creating job postings, navigating the hiring process, and assisting with interviews.
- Required skills/qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 5+ years of progressive corporate recruiting experience and/or experience in a search firm environment
- Strong sourcing skills with and experience utilizing current on-line sourcing techniques, networking, and building pipelines
- Solid understanding of international employment laws related to employment and employment contracts
- Ability to quickly research and learn recruiting and employment practices in a variety of countries
- Ability to manage multiple clients and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process
- Understanding of recruiting budgeting process and general recruiting metrics
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy to interact effectively with all levels of the organization including senior executives
- Ability to work at a fast pace with high expectations in an ever-changing environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market.
