Profesional con conocimientos sólidos en Tecnologías de la Información (deseable contar con certificaciones vigentes), las tendencias y los retos actuales en Latinoamérica, así como experiência comercial demostrada en los mercados de Colombia y Andino.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con nuevos clientes, para los cuales debe:
- Recopilar y gestionar información.
- Detectar y anticipar las necesidades tecnológicas.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para cualquier asunto que afecte a la relación entre las cuentas que gestiona y la empresa.
- Implementar planes para atender requisitos.
- Desarrollar nuevos negocios con clientes existentes e identificar áreas de mejora.
- Generación de pipeline de oportunidades.
- Asegurar que las necesidades y los objetivos del cliente son atendidos de forma eficiente.
- Proporcionar y generar oportunidades de venta cruzada y nuevas ventas entre su portafolio de clientes.
- Establecer y monitorizar las métricas clave de la cuenta.
- Prestar asistencia cuando sea necesario para atender las demandas urgentes de los clientes o cualquier problema imprevisto que pudiera surgir.
- Mantener al día los sistemas de gestión (CRM) con oportunidades y estados de estas.
- Comunicar con claridad, tanto de manera interna como externa, el progreso de las iniciativas implementadas con cada cuenta.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en ventas, account management o business development.
- Experiência en la Industria de servicios de TI.
- Capacidad de establecer buenas relaciones con otras personas.
- Carisma y capacidad de negociación.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos y la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Capacidad de negociación.
Interés en actualizar constantemente su conocimiento técnico.
- Deseable nível medio-avanzado en inglés.
