**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST**
(remote / full-time)
- The Language Doctors, Inc., a US-based linguistic company, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist based in LatAm. This role involves managing our accounts receivable processes, supporting business growth, and ensuring accurate financial records. The shift will be Mondays to Fridays from S _am to 5.30 pm EST._
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and track customer invoices efficiently
- Manage incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records
- Generate and manage monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
- Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) with strong communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
