**Junior Recruiter / Reclutador Corporativo Bilingue**

Job**:Talent Acquisition**

Primary Location**:Medellin, Colombia (EL Poblado)**

Schedule**:7am-5pm Monday through Friday (no weekends)**

Salary**:$2´400.000 base salary + Commissions**

**What would you do?**
- You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions.

**What are we looking for?**

**Minimum qualifications**:

- **Fluent English knowledge. **Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
- One (1) year of sales or general work experience
- 1+ years of recruiting preferred not required.
- 1 + year of accounting preferred.
- Great attitude, humble and not take no for an answer

Pay: $2,400,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Associate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting or related: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
