Associate Tender Analyst will report to Senior Tender Administration Supervisor. In this role you will identify, prepare and follow-up of bidding processes in Colombia and supporting Ecuador. The position is based in Colombia, working on a hybrid model.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Provide coordination and guidance to commercial team and all business units involved in bids administration process
- Prepare and manage material pricing for each offer, stablish relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute tenders and is responsible for the legalization of public and private contracts
- Application and formalization of guarantees
- Ensure compliance with local policies and legislation

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in presentation of offers and tenders, or a similar role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
