**Marketing Assistant (LATAM)**

Symphonic Distribution is a 100% independent music distribution and marketing company headquartered in downtown Tampa, FL and with a strong presence in New York City, Nashville, and major music markets across the world. **In a Nutshell //**

The Marketing Assistant - LATAM will work in Colombia and be responsible for supporting our Marketing Associate - LATAM and the Corporate Marketing team when needed. Using a passionate, creative and entrepreneurial approach, this role will assist in managing various platforms developing marketing campaigns focusing on generating and increasing Symphonic’s brand name awareness in social media.

**What you will do //**
- Translate content from our English blog to Spanish.
- Assist in the translation of client marketing resources from English to Spanish.
- Assist in the scheduling of posts across our social media properties.
- Identify new trends and insight in all social media.
- Assist in the recording of short format videos (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts).
- Assist in the planning and organizing of in-person events.

**What you need to have //**
- 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience utilizing social media
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

**What will set you apart //**
- Knowledge of Meta Suite Analytics
- Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Facebook Creators Studio, Later, Sprout or similar scheduling platforms

**Additional Insights //**
- This position will work remotely in Colombia, reporting to the Bogota, Colombia office.
- This position will report to the Marketing Associate LATAM.
