**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and sales teams to understand requirements and translate AI capabilities into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend services using Python, with a focus on LLM integration.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automation and efficient deployment of LLM-powered features.
- Monitor and improve system performance, proactively addressing issues to maintain service quality.

**Skills and Qualification**s
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Strong experience in backend development with Python and a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in LLM prompting, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in API design and development, with experience in integrating AI/ML services.
- Experience using collaborative development best practices (Git, Agile, Kanban, review processes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improve service functionality.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical team members.

**Conditions**:

- Full-time job: 8 working hours per day, 5/2. We are looking for a full commitment and dedication.
- Fully remote work: an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team in California.
- Work hours: Maximum intersection with California, USA (PST)

**Salary**: $23,000,000 - $27,000,000 per month
