They are responsible for risk and issue management, project communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.

**Job Description - Grade Specific**:

- Project Lead - Responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to your project. PM contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. PM manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.
