**Software Developer - Cisco Meraki (Remote - Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Enhance operational processes** using B2B integrations (webMethods, Boomi, etc.), Java, and scripting languages.
- **Develop and integrate** internal and external systems to ensure seamless operations.
- **Optimize the Order Entry (OE) flow and user experience (UX)**, which relies on Ruby on Rails.
- **Leverage Business Intelligence (BI)** to provide insights into business performance.
- **Continuously improve** existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Must-Haves**:

- **Strong software development experience**, particularly in **Java** (mandatory).
- **B2B Integration expertise**, with webMethods experience as a huge plus.
- **Experience with large-scale ERP systems** and enterprise software development (Java, Ruby, Scala, or C#).
- **Knowledge of microservices and web services** (SOAP, REST, etc.).
- **Experience with Middleware solutions, relational databases (RDBMS), and scripting languages**.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science** or a related field.
- **8+ years of post-collegiate programming experience** (preferred).

**Nice to Have**:

- Passion for improving internal tools and automating workflows.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization frameworks.

**This is a remote position within Colombia, Brazil, or Costa Rica**.
