**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and design guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iteratively improve and optimize existing products and features.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of user empathy within the organization.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs while maintaining design integrity.
- Conduct usability evaluations and perform A/B testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Be a proactive problem solver, anticipating potential UX issues and providing innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
- English proficiency
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest UX design trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
