Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated **Piping Lead **to join the Oil&Gas group in **Colombia, Bogotá.**
- Mechanical Engineering degree, ideal with a Master’s Degree.
- Professional card.
- Minimum 10 years project experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is a must.
- Experience working in large or complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience in Calculations and design of electrical systems for the Oil & Gas industry, either Upstream or Downstream.
- Ideal experience in jobsite locations and support to construction, commissioning and start up of projects.
- Experience in project development / maturity from Conceptual engineering through Feasibility, Basic and to Detail Engineering.
- Strong deliverable focus and ability to plan the work and lead teams.
- Experience in Proposal preparation and development and estimate of engineering hours to deliver capital projects.
- Technical Expertise in any of several of the variety of Mechanical Engineering sub-disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in mentoring young professionals.
- Strong client focus.
- Ideal full English command and able to work with English speaking offices from other countries either via remote, teams, or in person.
