We are seeking a remote Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee our engineering team and ensure the delivery of top-tier DevOps solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and offer guidance to the engineering team, while also collaborating closely with the project team to deploy and maintain systems using Amazon EC2 and other Amazon Web Services. You will be in charge of implementing and utilizing Apache Kafka, Docker, Linux, and nginx to ensure efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the delivery of DevOps solutions
- Use Amazon EC2 and other Amazon Web Services to deploy and maintain systems
- Implement and manage Apache Kafka, Docker, Linux, and nginx for efficient operations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth integration of PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong expertise in DevOps with a focus on Amazon EC2 and Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Docker, Linux, and nginx
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English at a B2+ level
