**Must haves**
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and MongoDB;
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with performance optimization techniques;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude;
- Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Upper-intermediate English level.
**Nice to haves**
- Experience in the insurance or risk management industry;
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools;
