**In this role you will play a key role in**
- **Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.**:

- **Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity.**:

- **Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications.**:

- **Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools.**:

- **Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors.**:

- **Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.**:

- **Identify and escalate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them.**

**Your Profile**
- **Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.**:

- **Some project management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.**:

- **Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.**:

- **Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.**:

- **Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous**
