**About the role**:
We're looking for a GenAI Integrated Producer, who will work within our GenAI creative team to deliver GenAI pilots and projects for enterprise clients. This comes with a few exciting challenges. Clients aren't always sure how to work with a GenAI team - what briefs they should give, what inputs are required, and what outputs they should expect.

**What you will be doing**:

- Delivering GenAI pilots, ensuring the pilot handbook is executed
- Working with clients and creative team to identify the right GenAI pilot briefs
- Scheduling and managing the running order of pilots with clients
- Working within our GenAI creative team to deliver pilots to client expectations
- Facilitating feedback and managing client expectations between clients and creatives
- Ensuring KPI data is collected and compiling the business case at the end of pilots
- Delivering GenAI projects for new / existing clients
- Working with sales teams, group partners and creative team to determine client briefs
- Manage timelines, budgets where relevant and resourcing requests
- Facilitating feedback; acting as the point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project
- Work as part of the creative team in the company's organizational structure, prioritize team alignment, and collaborate with team effectively to achieve the best results
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director and creative team to align AI capabilities with client briefs and compellingly present ideas
- Working with our sales & customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs pre and post pilot/ projects
- Working with our product team to translate client problems & requests into product roadmap

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Have 8+ years in creative production, agency account service or SaaS customer success (essential)
- A track record of leading creative projects and delivering creative work with creative people (essential)
- Experience in owning senior client relationships and communications (essential)
- Experience with revenue-generating or growth positions (advantage)
- Experience working with GenAI platforms and processes (advantage)
- Experience in delivering scaled projects / high volume of assets (advantage)
- Experience in a fast-paced creative environments (advantage)
