Job Summary:
The Automation and BI Reporting Specialist is responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling data-driven decision-making across IT operations. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and management of automation initiatives and business intelligence reporting to support seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and manage automation workflows and chatbots to streamline processes and improve first-contact resolution rates.- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into ticket trends, SLA adherence, agent performance, and overall service health.- Integrate ITSM platforms with automation and reporting tools to enable seamless data flow and reduce repetitive tasks.- Leverage analytics to proactively identify efficiency gaps, process improvement opportunities, and innovation in service delivery.- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of automation and BI initiatives with organizational goals and ITIL best practices.

Skills and Experience:

- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above)- 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, Service Desk, or related environments.- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development and tool administration.- Strong expertise with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).- Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Python).- Experience building BI dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.- Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLAs, and operational best practices.- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
