Wood Colombia is seeking a Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Administrative professional with 2-3 years of experience in data management and working with inter-disciplinary teams to support global workforce planning according to the operational and commercial needs of the projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with project and office teams to maintain ongoing data validity including supporting management of data in a sequel-server database, uploading of data provided by project teams, and answering project team questions.
- Work with another administrator to ensure timely updates to data sources.
- Interface with developers to identify and communicate required updates to programs based on user feedback.
- Work with Operational leaders to provide reports, analyze data, or summarize data into KPIS to meet operational needs.

**Job Functions**:

- Always comply with the Company's Corporate and local Policies and be consistent with our Corporate Values.
- Validate the quality of documents, register, and distribute them according to the client’s requirements.
- Centralize and control the documentation received from the client and share it with the Project team.
- Prepare all reports required by the project and the client.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Intermediate required or Advanced is preferred
