We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join **One Janitorial** as a **Remote Outbound Appointment Setter** — a full-time remote position with consistent hours, a supportive team, and strong earning potential.

**Compensation**
Base pay of **CAD$** 700 **per month**, with additional **commissions of $250 to $750** monthly based on performance.

**About the Role: Remote Outbound Appointment Setter**
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day
- Book a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per week.

**Requirements**:

- English fluency — minimum 9/10 written and spoken
- A computer with at least 4GB RAM
- A high-quality webcam and microphone headset
- Stable, high-speed internet — run a free test by searching “internet speed test” on Google
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MDT
- High energy, self-motivation, and strong communication skills
- A strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily goals
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is a plus
