**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
**Base Salary**: $3,200,000 COP

**About the Company**

Lean Solutions Group is hiring on behalf of **TCI Transportation Services Inc**, a U.S.based company specializing in logistics and transportation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Claims Specialist** to join their remote team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and follow up on claims related to transportation, insurance, and logistics.
- Review and analyze supporting documentation for each case.
- Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and internal departments to resolve claims efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in claims, insurance, logistics, trucking, or a related field.
- B2+ English level (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with digital tools.
