The Cash and Trade Process Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various operational processes related to cash & trade operation tasks, in coordination with the Sanctions Management team. The overall objective of this role is to support and improve process efficiency. **Responsibilities**: - Create, analyze, and automate new MIS requested by stakeholders. - Propose new reports that help in taking decisions, reducing times in data analytics. - Support all the processes that the area currently has, with the purpose of improving, standardizing and greatly reducing the manualities in the execution of processes. - Merge and integrate different reports, to generate monthly statistics in the monthly presentation of results. - Create controls that help in the reduction of errors in the handling of data and presentation of results. - Propose improvements in the current data analysis, to structure and refine the current metrics. - Conduct alert investigation using global standard policies, procedures and tools aimed at meeting internal and external regulatory requirements, analyzing globally standardized decision matrices to disposition sanctions alerts. - Perform tasks within departmental procedures, controls and compliance standards in order to minimize losses to the business. **Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in a related role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish/English. - Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. - High level proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, Data Science. - Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver into the deadlines. **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. - Post Degree or MBA is a plus. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
