Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists, and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of education events, University and research programs. **Key Responsibilities**: **In this role, you will** - Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting primarily for doctors. - Investigate and analyze Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events. - Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound. - Support Clinical education activities which includes the following: live and online events, coordinating with clinical speaker, presenting clinical content, congress, coordinate with clinical speaker, present clinical contents. **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**: **In this role, you’ll need** - Bachelor´s degree in Dentistry is a must have. Desirable knowledge in Orthodontics - One or two years experience in customer relations in dental related areas or in an international call center environment. - Fluent English is mandatory. - Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. - Availability to work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular working hours in an office environment. **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
