As a **Back Office Analyst,** you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Execute daily task lists, payments statuses that are placed on off and different factorings that the trucks are using.
- Note: A factoring company is a company that buys invoices from trucking companies so that they have immediate cash flow for a percentage of the invoice.
- Review costs that doesn’t match.
- Check invoices and billing.

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Ability to work independently.
- Good with numbers.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to find errors in the operation.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience as a Back office or Billing Associate.
- **Experience**: Checking invoices or receipts. data entry. collect payments.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 - C1 preferred.

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Remote. (but only for Medellin)
- **Salary**: 2.200.000 cop
