**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent proven work experience in video editing.
- Minimum 1+ years experience in video editing at an advertising agency.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe suite products (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) and Davinci Resolve.
- Expert-level knowledge in 2D animation.
- Basic sound editing is a plus (Audition or Pro Tools).
- Working knowledge of proxies, video formats, and compression techniques.
- Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, conversions, and codecs.
- Ability to work creatively under quick turnaround times.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with the ability to deftly iterate on a project and adhere to feedback.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a growing team.
- Experience in creating highly engaging content for a variety of channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat, Youtube.

Responsibilities: *
- Evangelize Hylink within the advertising agency and key design communities.
- Collaborate closely with employees to develop award winning work.
- Use Adobe Premiere and After Effects to edit highly engaging and modern videos for a variety of media channels.
- Implement motion graphics (using After Effects) for most videos.
- Keep projects meticulously organized and labeled properly.
- Revise videos accurately and swiftly after receiving internal and client feedback.
- Regularly research the latest ideas and techniques in video production and editing to maintain innovation and growth.
- Design and edit video pieces that strongly communicate product brand narrative, goals, and concepts.
- Utilize appropriate software to create advanced designs and animation.
