Marketing is a powerful growth engine for Cornershop by Uber. We create winning ideas that drive consumer value and energize the brand around the world. Our customers are at the center of everything we do, and our marketers translate passion for the consumer into business results.

**What will you do?**:

- Develop Social Global performance marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Global Performance Lead.
- Optimize ads for different KPIs (CPI, CPS, CAC, ROAS, CLV, awareness, and branding objectives).
- Test and iterate on copy, design, landing pages, channels, audiences, etc.
- Work closely with the regional teams for evergreen + seasonal campaigns creation and optimization.
- Partner closely with the Global Performance Lead and cross-functional teams such as Analytics, CRM, Creative and local teams to drive standard methodologies, identify testing opportunities, and develop roadmaps.
- Build and run A/B tests across creative, audiences, and landing pages.

**What do you need to succeed?**:

- Digital marketing experience with specialization in social performance marketing on platforms like Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
- Experience working in app or mobile marketing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Experience optimizing campaigns on social channels.
- Video marketing experience.
- Track record of success and career advancement.
