**Your Impact**
The role is part-time, remote, and paid (compensation details below). The live lectures will take place on weekdays between the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm EST.
**A Day In The Life**
Our Enterprise Training programs vary in topics and duration, but below we outline a typical program structure.
Learners work individually to complete asynchronous learning modules outside of the live class teams. The learners also have a Capstone project as their final key deliverable for the class. Learners dedicate ~10 hours per week to the program, as they have to balance it with the responsibilities of their daily roles.
Learners will have different backgrounds and experience with data and technology. Some will know how to code and work with data, while for others this will be their first formal exposure to a data course.

- 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or related role
- Experience conveying data-related topics to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with data storytelling and data visualization
- Experience teaching in a virtual environment
- Ability to simplify and explain data concepts, as well relate them to business objectives

**Core Responsibilities**:
Onboarding (Pre-Program)
- The instructor will need to review the program materials prior to the beginning of the program to familiarize themselves with the content.
- The instructor will need to meet and communicate with Correlation One prior to the beginning of the program to coordinate on the logístical details of teaching the program.
Classes (During the Program)
- Lectures will be 2 hours each, twice a week. Class times vary and depend on our enterprise clients.
- Lectures are conducted virtually via Zoom and use Slack for communication.
- Engage with learners by addressing their questions and fostering active participation during live lectures.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Correlation One team to discuss upcoming lectures, share feedback, and provide insights on past sessions.
Asynchronous Responsibilities (During the Program)
- Prepare for the lecture by reviewing content, testing exercises, and complete lecture planning templates - approximately 2 hours of preparation per lesson.
- Coordinate with Correlation One on the class logistics and communicate any thoughts, feedback, or updates on the program.
