**Your impact**:
As a Lead Qualification Analyst, you will serve as the first line of our sales strategy: analyzing leads, qualifying real business opportunities, and feeding our pipeline with high-value targets. You are uncovering strategic sales opportunities and helping shape our commercial growth.
- Analyze target companies to extract strategic insights: industry, product mix, freight needs, shipment patterns.
- Identify and validate decision-makers (e.g., logistics or traffic managers).
- Make outbound calls to confirm critical business details and qualify interest.
- Evaluate lead quality based on urgency, readiness to move freight, and fit with our services.
- Cross-reference data across CRM, LinkedIn, internal tools, and public sources.
- Deliver well-documented, sales-ready leads to our business development team.
- Propose new strategies and patterns you observe in the market.
**Your qualifications**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish.**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, logistics, or related fields).
- **1+ year of experience** in B2B sales support, business development, research, or logistics.
- Strong commercial acumen and curiosity for how businesses operate.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
