Sr Sales Analytics & Insights Lead
The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales. Our team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing Americas Commercial Sales business, from Sales Leaders to Solutions Architects and everything in between. We are obsessed with delivering results for customers and supporting sales organizations to shape the direction of the business. We are a diverse, innovative team that loves translating data, insights, and anecdotes into action.
About the Role
The Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team is looking for a Sales Analytics & Insights Lead to understand customer trends and uncover new market opportunities. We leverage large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Our goal is to create metrics and measure success of programs, build automated mechanisms for internal planning, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers in their journey to the cloud.
