**What does the recruitment process look like?**

1. Recruiter Screen

In the first call, our recruiter will learn more about you and your story to check a potential fit for gravity9. This is also an opportunity to ask your questions about the role and company. This step might take around 60 mins.

2. Tech 1 Interview with our software consultants

In this meeting your potential future teammate will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
This step will take around 90 mins.

3. Tech 2 Interview with our tech leads

In this meeting your potential future teammate will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
This step will take around 90 mins.

4. Final Interview

You made it to the very last stage Here we already strive to cooperate with you and give you an opportunity to meet our leadership team during this informal talk. This step will take around 30 mins.

**Role Description**

We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change. As such, we are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset who is happy to be flexible and take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of our projects.

**Role requirements and experience**

This role will suit a highly capable developer with at least five years of experience with.NET and React.js. Skills and experience must include:

- Strong experience working with ASP.NET Core 2+
- Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript
- Demonstrable experience in using a microservices architecture
- Experience working with Azure or AWS
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases will be a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English (working directly with UK/US based clients)
- Development methodologies: Familiarity with agile working and test-driven development. Use of Git and JIRA.
