**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:
High School diploma or A+ certification
3+ years of experience in related areas, or commensurate education
Desire to stay abreast of best practices and technologies that affect the business
Ability to learn and retain new skills
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Microsoft O365, MS Teams, Windows 11, iOS, Android, Windows Phone
Strong Customer Service Abilities
