**What**:
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Engine Team. 5 years experience in software development, knowledge of SQL and NOSQL databases, cloud infrastructure and extensive knowledge of REST API interfaces. You goal will be to improve the way people interact with money trough code.

- Develop and maintain key building blocks of the future of financial services
- Suggest improvements to the platform, code and our docs

**Be a solver**:

- Learn and improve knowledge on software implementation of financial industry standards and best practices
- Join design sprints to work on feature planning, designs and prototypes
- Work with Level 2 support engineers in resolving issues

**Write it down**:

- Write code for small to medium features independently
- Write software tests for developed components and provide high-quality software code
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team and our community trough documents, videos and coaching sessions where required.

**Required skills**:

- Know what is a bit and what is bitcoin.
- You're a generalist software engineer with backend experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience, with any modern tech stack (we use Python/Postgres/React/Vue/NodeJS/Express/MongoDB)
- Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary.
- Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.
- Passionate about technology and about improving financial services.
- Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Seen Mr. Robot tv show.
