**Working hours**: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST
**Salary Range**: USD 2.700 - 4.050
Scope of the Job
We’re looking for a Back-End Developer who’s passionate about clean architecture, performance, and scalable systems. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the backbone of our platform, ensuring seamless data flow, API reliability, and secure, high-performing services.
You'll join a collaborative, product-driven team where your technical input truly shapes the product. Whether it’s designing new APIs, optimizing database queries, or building integrations, you’ll own your work and see its direct impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps to ship new features
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
- Monitor and debug production services, continuously improving system stability
Ensure best practices around security and data privacy
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming in Node.js, Python, or Java
- Solid experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
- Familiarity with API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to write unit and integration tests
- Strong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset
