Billing Agent

**Job purpose**

Manage third-party billing.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Education

Bachelors in finance or accounting

Training or Expertise

Medical billing experience for American company.

Experience

+2 years of experience providing billing support to service companies, desirable medical facilities.

**JOB FUNCTIONS**

Supervise Third Party Billing.

Post all payments in the cash payments journal.

Bill outside agencies and third-party payers.

Manage credit, and collection, activities on past due accounts; participates in any, and all, collection activities of problem accounts.

Supervise the completion of all required insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid forms in a timely manner.

Assist with audits.

Take care of any necessary billing adjustments.

Ensure the correct data entry of patient information and billing information into the system.

Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

The position can be stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.

Primarily a desk job.

Must be able to adequately hear, on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier, and able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English.

WAGE COMPENSATION

Compensation: $1,000 USD monthly payment - Payments are to be directly deposited into the account and the employee is responsible for the transfer fee for each deposit.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Internet and computer must be covered by the employee.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $3,900,000 per month
