**Position description**:
Reporting Team Lead is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function and financial reporting to Corporate within the specific region.
- Develop a team of reporting analysts in daily work activities - assign and review quality of work
- Acts as an intermediary with Business Partners and conducts reviews with the business
- Areas of focus include accounting master data, period end closing including coordination, journal entry processing, and project accounting.
- Compliance and keep control processes and account reconciliation, control and approval
- Develop, build and preserve relationship with all markets and business sector(s) service by GS LATAM organization. You should ensure that the service levels and objectives meet and is delivered to customers in accordance to defines Service Level Agreements.
- Work planning and resource allocation; develop and lead work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to ensure coverage at all times.
- Significant metric review and establish action plan to improve closing performance
- Champion process improvement and standardization of processes across all sectors
- Interaction with internal and external auditors (CIA and PWC)

**Short term position - 9 months aprox duration**

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education level required: University degree /Bachelor degree / Professional certification in Finance
- Technical knowledge: Excel, SAP knowledge
- Language: English (oral and written)
