BACKGROUND

Equitable Finance (EF) is a five (5) year program financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EF will improve the supply and demand of formal financial services in rural, underserved and conflict-affected regions, and will mobilize long-term capital for USAID/Colombia’s programming and Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) objectives.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The **Activity Fund Manager/Grants Manager** will be responsible for the financial management and accountability requirements of the sub-contracts and grants under EF. This position will lead the process of solicitation, competition and closeout for sub-contracts/sub-grants ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and NCBA CLUSA programs’ management, and administrative policies and procedures. He/She will maintain records and contracts required by grants and monitor grant spending and activities to ensure alignment with the budget.

This will be a full-time position and will be based in Colombia.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, finance, economics, business, or a similar relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, finance and procurement management.
- Proven experience in drafting grants and contracts documents complying with US government policies and regulations.
- Experience managing USAID Grants under Contract.
- Proven experience in training sub-awardees and sub-recipients.
- Fluency in Spanish and proven proficiency in English is required.
