**What success looks like in this role**:

- Brindar soporte operativo en temas bancarios por medio telefónico y de chat.
- Registrar y documentar los incidentes en la herramienta definida para esta actividad de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Realizar seguimiento de los incidentes generados.
- Actuar como el primer punto de contacto del usuario y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Aplicar técnicas básicas de diagnóstico para identificar inconvenientes, investigar causas y recomendar soluciones para corregir fallas comunes.
- Informarse frente a los diferentes cambios que se dan contantemente en la cuenta y actualizar sus instructivos.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Manejo herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Conocimiento en productos Bancarios (títulos valores, cuentas ahorros/corrientes, tarjetas de crédito, créditos y fondos de inversión)
- Atención al usuario
- Comunicación asertiva
- Responsabilidad
- Puntualidad

**Modalidad de Trabajo**:Presencial de Lunes a Sábados / 42 horas semanales

**Horario**:Turnos Rotativos

7 am - 9 pm Lunes a Viernes / 8 am - 4 pm Sábados

**Ubicación**:Zona Franca - Rionegro Antioquia
